"The front desk team was amazing, it’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a very solid boutique hotel in an amazing location if you’re exploring this very beautiful part of Mendoza. It wasn’t hot when we were there so we didn’t get a chance to go in the pool, but the grounds are very nice and the restaurant had very delicious food. The whole place has a woody feel to it, they really accommodated us, with amazing hospitality. We stayed facing the back so it was very quiet as well."

"Our stay was amazing!! The property is so beautiful and peaceful yet we were never bored. Our room was the apartment above the cellar and was very private with an incredible view over the vineyard and mountains. We enjoyed the spa and pool as well as several meals at the restaurant. "The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and lovely view of the mountains. We found the staff to be a little rude and we noticed some people on arrival got a glass of fizz and others did not, we did not and we were on our honeymoon so would have been nice. Breakfast was nice. I got a massage which was so lovely, bit of a strange set up, spa/pool area."

"Pros - An amazing bed, queen size. Very comfortable. Cons - My room was very cold. I was booked for 2 nights, complained the first day 3 times that there was no heat. They did manage to turn it on but just for 2 hours. Heat is controlled at the front desk. I complained again the second day as the room was so cold, that time they managed to turn it on and it stayed on. I have never been in a hotel that you would freeze in. During the day I had to go the park to sit in the sun to warm up. Each room has a thermostat but it was locked so you were not allowed to turn it on or adjust the temperature. It had to be done at the box at the front desk Last point, the room was lovely but there was some black mold around the tap end of the shower. Not acceptable."
